Invicta 9937OB Features and Benefits
The first thing you notice about the Invicta 9937OB is how sleek and handsome it is. The style has often been compared to the Rolex Submariner.It starts with a unidirectional, ion- coated, black, coin-edged bezel inlaid with alternating white indexes and numbered minute indicators at 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50. The face of the dial is smooth black. The date function is magnified at the 3 o'clock position. The hour markers are small luminescent shaped circles that alternate with rectangles, and there is an inverted triangle at the 12 o'clock position. There are 60 small white minute markers, and silver-toned, luminescent hands.
The dial is nice and big, and the luminous markers and hands make for easy time keeping, in deep waters, or out on the town at night. The case back is screwed in, not snapped in, which is one of the features of a well made diving watch. The Invicta 9937OB is water resistant up to an impressive 660 feet (that's 200 meters).
The band is made of durable, polished stainless steel, and has a sturdy deployment buckle clasp. The dial itself is protected by a sapphire coated, scrape resistant covering. Accurate time is guaranteed with precision Swiss movement. Plus, this watch actually needs no battery- it automatically powers itself with the movements of your arm.
This is a great watch to wear whether you're working out at the gym, heading off to the beach, or heading off to the office. It It can be used as a diving watch or fashion accessory.
