Reviews, How To Make a Homemade Stylus, and More

Have you considered an iPad stylus pen for your iPad?

With millions of iPad units sold, chances are you either own one, you've had a chance to play with one, you have a friend with one, or you're thinking about getting one. Clearly, the Apple iPad is very popular. However, some people believe that the lack of an Apple iPad stylus is a problem.

The iPad doesn't come with a stylus, but third-party companies have remedied the situation, and come up with a variety of iPad finger substitues. There are several third-party styli to choose from, if you decide that a stylus will improve your iPad experience. Alternately, you can make your very own homemade iPad stylus from scratch!

Why Use An iPad Stylus Pen?

Do I Need an iPad Finger Substitute?

Frustrated ManThe iPad was designed by Apple to be highly intuitive. So intuitive, in fact, that a child could use one. Indeed, there are many videos online of children (and even pets!) successfully using iPads.

The thing is, something that children find intuitive isn't always that easy for adults to use. We don't know about you, but we haven't finger-painted in many years, and we're not that interested in going back to it. There's a reason that people use tools like pencils and pens as finger substitues. After years of use, you get used to writing with tools, and it's hard to go back to using your fingers.

iPad in Use Luckily, the iPad stylus pen allows you to use the iPad with a tool that you've come to know and love. It makes typing, drawing, and manipulating data on the iPad much simpler.

Although the iPad doesn't come with its own stylus, there are plenty of third-party providers that produce styli that work with the iPad (along with the iPhone and the iPod Touch). These styli are functional and stylish - just like the iPad itself!

With Christmas right around the corner, why not get an Apple iPad stylus as a gift for the technophile on your list?
