With nearly 20 prolific years of networking, sales and marketing experience, primarily focusing on cutting-edge technologies and enterprise-size network solutions, Mr. Lawson possesses not only the technical competency, but also the leadership and visionary talent needed to thrive in a targeted niche market. During this time, he has excelled and contributed to 5 major organizations / companies including the United States Marine Corps (USMC), International Network Services (INS), Cisco Systems, Vertical Networks and IPexpert. Mr. Lawson has also written for various technical publications. Wayne founded IPexpert in 2001 and the company continues to revolutionize the way engineers prepare for the prestigious CCIE Lab certification. With over 12 years of IP Telephony training and consulting experience and a wealth of technical certifications, Vik Malhi has proven that he is one of the top Cisco CCIE Voice instructors and consultants in the world! Vik was the first engineer to install CM 3.0 in Europe, has years of AVVID consulting and implementation experience and has been teaching and developing CCIE Voice Lab courses for over 4 years.

Vik is responsible for updating, supporting and teaching the IPexpert CCIE Voice-related products, services and courses.

Tyson Scott brings to IPexpert more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry, six of those years at a senior-engineer level. He spent five years at Hewlett Packard in its Managed Services division. Tyson also served two years with Advanced Services at Cisco. Over the years, he has gained valuable "real world" knowledge, having worked on global solutions on some the largest networks out there.

At IPexpert, Tyson is responsible for automation programs used to simplify customer experiences and increase customer satisfaction. He is also instrumental in the development process and customer support for IPexpert's various CCIE training products.

Working professionally for an established leader in the IT / IP Telephony industry for more than a decade, designing, installing, supporting and training end-users on Unified Communications / IP Telephony (enterprise focused) Networks, Amy brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge to the training arena. Amy currently holds her CCIE in Voice (as well as a wealth of additional Specialization, Associate and Professional-level Cisco certifications) and is currently working on her CCIE R&S, which she expects to complete in mid-2010.

Amy also possesses an unparalleled background in project management, classroom training and has a "second-to-none / overachieving" personality, which will fit well within IPexpert's corporate culture. Amy is responsible for the development, support and classroom instruction for IPexpert's Voice-related products and courses to include CCNA Voice, CCVP and CCIE Voice. She's no "stranger" to the classroom / teaching industry or Cisco Voice Industry as she's installed over 75,000 IP Phones for clients worldwide touching nearly every type of end-user and client sector to include Industrial, Educational, Financial, Government and Healthcare and has been responsible for teaching this broad range of clients on the utilization of their Cisco IP Telephony solution upon installation.

Joe brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience, with an emphasis on enterprise-sized Cisco networks. He is also the most recently-certified CCIE on the team and brings a fresh lab preparation perspective which will enable us to continue to refine our industry-leading CCIE Structured Learning Approach and training methodologies. Joe will be assisting in product development, support and classroom training all while also preparing for the CCIE SP Lab exam, which he is hoping to pass before the end of the year.

Mr. Aguilera has been actively planning, developing, implementing, monitoring and managing networks for Government and State Agencies as well as Private Corporations for over the past ten years. Dan has extensive experience managing, operating and consulting in technical support centers with customers such as AT&T Data Center, Verizon Enterprise Management Center, Secure Logix, Source Inc., Austin American Statesman, MaryKay, and The State of Texas. Dan has been instructing for over ten years and has developed proprietary training curriculum on CiscoR, Microsoft, NetWare, HP Openview, Unix and other mission critical hardware & software applications to suit the needs of application specific clients. Dan performed 8 full years of service and 5 active duty to the United States Marine Corp, where he experienced first-hand the evolution of mainframe to personal computing and deployed microwave and satellite communications. At IPexpert, Dan is responsible for all aspects of classroom delivery for the Cisco Associate and Professional level certification programs. He is also instrumental in the development process and customer support for IPexpert's various Cisco Associate and Professional level training self-study products.

With nearly a decade of experience, and an emphasis on high-tech Cisco-focused networks, Brandon Carroll has proven that he has a diverse background that is proven and unmatched worldwide. After a short, but honorable career in the United States Air Force, he began focusing on Cisco Routing & Switching, Security, Voice and Wireless networking. Marko has spent 12 years designing and supporting some of Europe's largest service provider networks. He is accredited with designing the largest multi-service internet infrastructure in Iceland. He has been working with IPexpert over the past few years developing several self-study products, and will now be more-heavily involved in product development, product support and classroom training (throughout Europe, Australia and Asia) on full time basis.
