I thought I'd say a little about my experience as an iphone app builder which may be of some use to some of you budding iPhone developers out there.

To begin with I thought I'd mention the iPhone itself, in case any of you have been stranded on a desert island within the last three years or so!

A few places to consider designers: Coroflot, Crowdspring, eLance. When posting your job offer, be very specific about your requirements, and also be ready to review a lot of portfolios.
