iTunes
Of course, there's the ever-loving Itunes. As always, you can download & buy new tunes for your itunes and sync it up with your Ipod Touch. Same great features we've come to love with the Ipod.

Cover Flow
Cover Flow with the iPod touch has a wonderful interface. You just slide on through your music by album with a simple flick of the finger. When you see an album you like, just tap it to flip it over and view the track list, then another tap to start the music.

Genius Mixes & Playlists
The Genius feature is just that, GENIUS! Upon syncing your iPod Touch with iTunes the Genius feature will search your music library to find songs that go great together which it uses to create different music mixes for you. These can be saved as playlists which you can save for later use or even refresh it to generate a different version of it if the first one isn't to your liking. It's much like having your own personal radio station of your own music!

Shuffle Shake
No need for extensive navigating to activate shuffle mode Just turn on the shake to shuffle mode and give it a shake to shuffle to a different song. That's it!

Bluetooth
No more need for cables with the new Ipod Touch! You can now sync it up with your favorite bluetooth stereo headphones and enjoy pure wireless music pleasure.

Full Widescreen Viewing
Now you can easily watch all your favorite movies & TV Shows right on your iPod Touch. No more squinting to see it on the tiny iPod classic screen. With iPod Touch you can see it in a nice clear 3.5 inch color screen with full widescreen display. Sync it up with iTunes and you're in there like swimwear!

With internet access on the iPod touch you can even get it directly from the device without worrying about using your computer to get the movies on there. A few simple taps and you're good to go.

Search for YouTube videos by categories and keywords as well. After finding the clips you want to watch, you can bookmark them for later viewing and even tap "share" to automatically create an email with the video link inside.

Notes
Trash that pen and paper and use the notes feature on the iPod Touch to write yourself a quick note. Have that important information handy whenever you need it and you can even use the built-in email feature to send them.

Calculator
Not only can you use your iPod touch as a traditional calculator, flip that puppy sideways and it functions as a scientific calculator as well.

Maps
Much like the Google Maps for your PC, Maps on iPod touch lets you do it all: sattelite images, map data and a version of both simultaneously.

Photos
The iPod touch comes with a plethora of photo options. Scroll through thumbnails, view full screen, play slideshows with music & transition effects, save photos from emails and of course you can sync all your photos from your iTunes as well.

Another feature worthy of it's own section is the Say and Play feature. With this awesome feature all you have to do is tell the iTouch what to do. Let's say for example you want to play a certain song, just say "play artist Madonna and the iPod touch will do as you said. You an ask what song it is playing and it will answer you. You an even tell it to play your favorite album, playlist, artist and issue other voice commands such as "shuffle", "pause", "next song" and so on. You can also tell it to play songs that are similar to the one already playing.

There are over 75,000 apps available for download for your iPod touch. The best thing is that so many of them are FREE. I won't even try to list them all because I will probably crash the servers.
