Just a few of my paintings and drawings

The first time I can remember that I was painting is when I was four years old. I had these childrens crayons. I held them ALL in my left hand while I painted with my right. I still do this when I have pens and crayons.

Since then I have tried to paint on wood with egg tempera colours. I cheated a little bit with oil. I did my best but I think I need a course. Then of course acrylics and later water colours. I found a friend who tought me lots about aquarell painting. How to use special paper, how to paint wet on wet and more. I am still practicing. I guess I never feel content with my work. One day may be. It shows because I have most of the originals in a drawer still..... some friends took out a couple and kept them.

I still have some of the originals but here you can get copies of my paintings on cafepress or redbubble. If there is anything you want that you cannot find here - just tell me and I will fix it.

Buy your water colour paint set

Start doing your art

Artist's Water Colours. You need only a few colors and then blend and mix them into your nyance. But this is also an easy way if you are a beginner. When you paint with water colors and need a softer nyance, just add more water. There IS white water color too if you feel more comfortable with that. Play with the tubes, make different paintins of the same subject to try out the media.

You can also buy the tubes one by one if you run out of one color.

Here are some things you might need

Water colour paper is special. You can paint on dry paper but you can get really nice effects if you wet it first. Let the colours blend and often surprise you!

Dont clean the palett afterwards. Next time you paint - just wet the colours again and they are ready to use.
