Great lens about the Irish language and culture. A lot people that visit Ireland and Dublin do so just for the Guiness and the craic. We also have many people choosing to live In Ireland due to it's laid back approach to life. Maybe this is where the Guiness comess in!

You didn't mention my favorite resource for learning any language... Rosetta Stone. They offer levels 1, 2, and 3 for the Irish language.

A useful lens. I feel it is important to encourage use of languages like Gaelic and other languages such as Welsh and Cornish too. I know that some people criticized the performance of Russell Crowe in Robin Hood for speaking with an Irish accent. For my money this is unfair as there was perhaps just the occasional Irish twang to some words.

Great lens. I live just 6 miles from a part of the Gaeltact that didn't get a mention :( It's in County Meath, near Athboy and was designated as an Irish speaking zone in order to try to preserve the language.

Would you please consider adding this lens to my new group
