Ironman Gravity 4000 Inversion Table ~ Give Freedom from Back Pain for Christmas

If you have or know someone that is experiencing back pain you can give them a great gift this holiday season. You can give them the gift of relief. The Ironman Gravity 4000 inversion table will help relieve back pain and improve posture. You may have seen some inversion systems where people have a hard time getting down, and an even harder time getting up! This couldn't be further from the truth with this ironman inversion table. All it takes is raising your hands over your head to invert, and with extra long safety handles coming upright is a piece of cake!

Ironman Gravity 4000 Inversion Table Features

What makes it better than the others?

There are a lot of inversion tables on the market. Some are more expensive, and some are less, but there are some features of the Ironman Gravity 4000 Inversion table that make it better than the rest.

It's only natural to have concerns about hanging upside down ~ it's really not a natural position for humans. :) However, the Ironman Gravity 4000 is made of a tubular steel frame. It can hold up to 350 pounds, so it's great for even larger people.

The back of the inversion table is made of memory foam to add comfort.

You are held in by ergonomically molded ankle cushions. This is much better, and more comfortable than being held in by rollers like some other models.

There are rubber non skid stabilizers that make it impossible for the Ironman 4000 to move around once inverted, so you are completely safe.

If you don't want your inversion table in the middle of the room all the time you're in luck because it also folds in half for easy storage.

Inversion devices are promoted as a tool to be used in gaining flexibility. Static-active stretching methods impossible to perform while standing can be performed upside down for the spinal flexors, side flexors and extensors, and situps are a closed-chain exercise for the hip flexors (a static-active stretch for the hip extensors) compared to the upright exercise, leg raises, which are open-chain movements. Due to increased spacing in the joint which can occur in response to traction, the muscles crossing that joint are pre-stretched, and as such, experience a greater lengthening compared to the equivalent joint angle while under no traction (lying down) or while being compressed (standing).

Inversion is especially useful for athletes. Athletes are generally subjected to different kinds of movements than non athletes, and during sports the spine can end up being misaligned. Inversion tables could help in realigning the spine and may even help improve sport performance. strength training

I have heard that Inversion is supposed to not only help with a bad back but actually feels good, so even if your back doesn't hurt, it is good for stretching the spine out. *SquidAngel Blessed*

Thank you for having this page to sort out the details of this particular inversion table.

I'm going through the research trying to decide which inversion table is best for me. The IronMan 4000 looks like it might be the winner.. It's not the cheapest, but it looks like the best!

This is the first time I visit this site and I learn so much.
