Is YayFOOD A Scam?

YayFOOD.com is a special membership website which teaches people a diet technique called "calorie cycling".

Calorie cycling has become a very popular diet technique because it can help people lose 10 pounds or more in less than 2 weeks. But Is YayFOOD a scam?

The answer is no. About a few weeks ago, I decided to take the plunge and joined YayFOOD.com to see if it's the real deal or not. This article gives people an inside look into the site, what it has to offer and does the diet they talk about really work?

Inside YayFOOD's Member Area...

When you first join YayFOOD.com , you are greeted with a "Welcome To The Member's Section" message. This is the homepage for YayFOOD members. Under it you have a forum and resource section, and polls.

In the YayFOOD forum you can chat and share your stories with fellow YayFOOD members on dieting and other weight loss subjects. Everyone i've met on the forum is very friendly and they offer great support and advice.

The Resource Section Offers 7 links:

Articles: This section offers dozens of articles from weight loss experts who de-bunk weight loss myths and offer unique advice.

Reports: This section offers a ALOT of information on not only dieting but many health improvement foods and drinks. Here is a small sample:

Super Foods - A 51 page pdf book on foods that clean, detox, regenerate and heal the body. In addition to listing foods that burn fat and cause weight loss, it also lists foods that help chronic conditions such as heart disease and arthritis.

Calorie Cycling, The Forgotten Strategy - A 15 page pdf book explaining how calorie cycling is done and what it accomplishes. This is the heart of YayFOOD because calorie cycling is the main diet everyone on the site follows. It causes rapid weight loss that is safe and natural and best off all, it is simple to accomplish (more on that later).

What Rachel Eats. Breakfast, Dinner, Supper - These are actually 3 different reports but they all give people an example of how easy calorie cycling is. Rachel Rofe is the creator of YayFOOD.com and is the most active member on the YayFOOD forum. She is a very friendly and supportive individual and is a pleasure to talk to.

Now onto Part II...

Inside YayFOOD.com's Members Area, Part II...

Before we begin let me just state that I am explaining the general areas of YayFOOD.com. I cannot explain every single feature it has because I would end up writing an entire book! Anyway let's continue:

Resources --> The 7 Day Challenge

This is the most important part of YayFOOD.com. It contains a 13 step calorie cycling program in which you learn in-depth info on calorie cycling. In the 13 step program, members are given access to specific instructions on how to do calorie cycling. They are easy to read and easy to do.

One of the benefits of calorie cycling is that you can eat from a wide range of foods. In addition calorie cycling doesn't deprive you of anything so you won't be starving yourself.

Extra Features In The Resource Center

You can also access videos and audios from members and get coaching on dieting from experts. These are also beneficial but the heart of YayFOOD.com is it's 7 Day Challenge, Reports and Forum.

Does Calorie Cycling Work?

Based on my overall observation, calorie cycling does work. People lose 10 or more pounds in less than 2 weeks and it takes effect rather quickly.

The secret behind calorie cycling is that your body adjusts metabolism and fat burning based on eating habits. This is actually one of the biggest reasons most diets fail. 90% of diets all involve cutting calories and this actually doesn't work. Cutting calories means eating less, and the body will actually slow down metabolism and fat burning as a result. This is a natural reflex.

But calorie cycling involves eating 4 or more meals a day and shifting the order in which you eat them. This tricks the body when it's trying to adjust because it can't. The general idea of calorie cycling is there is no eating habit because it's constantly being mixed. As a result the body's first reflex will be to burn more fat and keep metabolism high.

This is what causes the rapid weight loss to occur and the reason calorie cycling works. In addition is a completely safe technique. It is ideal for anyone who lives a busy life and cannot devote time to exercise or conventional dieting (Why would they since 90% of them fail anyway!).

My Final Conclusions And Review Of YayFOOD.com

There are many dieting misconeptions in today's world. People are being scammed and ripped off by diet companies. Mainstream weight loss news keep going in circles, confusing viewers as to what works and what doesn't.

I have always been a proponent of using natural methods to solve problems whether it be health related or weight loss related. However the information I found on YayFOOD.com is by far the most credible and proven. Their testimonials speak for themselves.

What I enjoyed most about the site is it's honesty and support that it offers members. The forum is also a very helpful area for people seeking support and wanting to share their stories.

When it comes to fast weight loss, in my experience there are 2 things that work: Cleansing and Calorie Cycling. Both are safe, healthy and work quickly. In addition the weight loss results remain for months after it's been done.

Here is a testimonial from one of YayFOOD.com's members. It speaks for itself:

And She's Not The Only One...

This isn't your typical weight loss forum and support group where people tell you 100 different ways to lose weight which they aren't even sure off which ends up leaving you confused!

This is a unique weight loss website that gives you unique advice on a dieting technique that works for absolutely everyone. You can keep eating most if not all of your favorite foods. The members on the forum are very supportive, friendly and helpful!

Here's a great video from Rachel Rofe herself where she takes you inside the forum and shows just what members of YayFOOD.com are saying:
