Is Your Spouse Cheating?

There are numerous amounts of signs available to tell if your spouse is having an affair. The main thing is a change in behavior or routine but let's take a look at some of the most common signs.

1. Working Late/Gym every night: One of the classic sings. Watch for spouses who start working late that never have before. If they are going to the gym often now and you are not noticing any changes in their health or physique or taking a class that has unusual hours.

2. Suddenly Concerned about Appearance: Spouses that all of a sudden take extra consideration into their appearance, over preening, new hair cut, clothes or style. For men it may be as simple as showering often but for women it can be much more of an overhaul. Also, watch for spouses who get spiffed up just to go grocery shopping or hang out with the guys.

3. Avoiding Sex or becoming Over Sexual: Most people who are having an affair do one of two things. They are either over sexual or they are really distant. Watch out for spouses who no longer want to have sex or who make excuses not to have sex. On the other end, keep an eye out if they begin to make "kinky" requests or suggest erotic play that you guys may have never done before. They will show an increased interest in sexual things and porn.

4. No longer show Affection: One of the main things spouses who are in an affair go thru is guilt a lot of the times. Watch out for spouses who now are reluctant to kiss you or no longer show affection. Also, keep an eye out if they all of a sudden stop taking to you or suddenly talk to you all hours of the day and night, e.g. What are you doing? Where are you going?

5. Confrontational: Everything is suddenly an argument. One tactic that cheating spouses use is to use a form of reverse psychology by picking a fight with you over anything and storming out. That way they are able to blame their behavior on you and say it was your fault as to why they are having this affair.

6. Excessive Internet Usage: Watch out for spouses who all of a sudden start clicking every time you enter the room or they completely log off. Watch for the red flag signs such as staying up late at night on the computer to "work" or "play a game".

7. Unusually Long Trips: Another classic sign is simple errands to either the grocery store or movie rental take hours at a time.

8. Increased ATM Withdrawals: Keep an eye out for a sudden increase in purchases with your bank account. Cheating costs a lot of money and many times they will purchase many gifts to their new "friend".
