KonaGirl1 is the owner of this VirtualOpoloy card

Well, here it is, the very first card ever choosen in the Squidoo.com/virtualopoly game. The artists and I are very honored to see not only this great art piece be selected first, but also to see that other people have the vision of how fun this traffic generation card game could actually be for people if they give it a chance.

I also want to thank KonaGirl1 for also being the first person to see the potential of the game and for being our first VirtualOpoly property card owner.

Now comes the fun.

If you are a registered player you may now use this lens to try and take this card from KonaGirl1. Simply use the 'Place Hardships Here' section below. Tell everyone the total number of hardship cards you are placing on this property out of the total hardship cards you own. If you do not own hardship cards, you can not pre-post any amount. I will check my database to confirm totals and times.

When placing any hardships, add the total of prior hardship cards given and provide everyone with a new total of hardships given.

To join the game and claim your first virtual property card visit Squidoo.com/virtualopoly

The card owner has power

but is limited

The owner of a property card may cure any hardships you place on their property card by simply turning in the hardship cards to VirtualOpoly or paying VirtualOpoly the amount currently in default. To find out the amount of default, the property card owner simply adds up the total number of hardship cards and multiplies by .02.

An example ... I have received 100 hardship cards, at .02 each which makes me 2.00 in default. I can turn in the hardship cards, pay the $2.00 or keep collecting the hardship cards.

The decision to cure defaults is left up to the property card owner.

However, if the property card is auctioned off due to receiveing too many hardship cards, and the winning bid is less then the total default value due, then the defaulted owner must pay the differance with hardship cards or cash.

Place Hardships Here

you better have them before you give them

Here's an example of what your post hsould look like ...

Example: I place 3 hardship cards on this card. Total now is 3.

About VirtualOpoly

Happily married with 2 children I was looking for a game to help educate my children about real estate. I never found one, so I decided to set out to create a card game myself. Now my daughter wins almost all the time.

So now what? Well, maybe I can present something similar to others for fun. This page is my attemt at doing just that. Will you join me in this venture of fun? I invite you to register as a player and lets give this a try.

Or visit my other website to read the rules on how to play using a regular deck of cards on your own table.
