Lost Tribes of Israel?
The Bible refers to the Lost Tribes of Israel but did they really disappear without a trace? If so, then why are they mentioned in the New Testament? Do you know that their migration can be traced? Did they become the middle Eastern country of Israel or is that something else altogether? Israelology explains the little known rest of the story and how it affects our understanding of the Bible today.
What is Israelology?
Anything that ends in "ology" means the study of. Therefore, Israelology is the study of Israel.
It bothers me that something that is so well known in other parts of the world is totally foreign to us in America. I have been gathering information for years regarding the Lost Tribes of Israel. It didn't make any sense to me that the Bible referred to them as lost while the prophets wrote last days prophecies to Israel and Judah as separate entities. Was it a contradiction or did they know something that I didn't know?
Most of us never hear about this in American churches but it's common knowledge among many Western Europeans. I finally got so full of information that I felt like I would explode and my wife encouraged me to write a book. It's a way I can share the information with others without giving them too much, too fast.
You see, we all have different backgrounds and belief structures. Sometimes we have to think about something for a while before we can formulate our own ideas. When I taught classes, I found it helped for my students to consider what they believed and why they believed it. In other words, were their beliefs something someone else gave them or were they founded on the Bible itself? You would be surprised what happens when you start to ask yourself that question but trust me, it's important to ask. When we stand before God on that great judgment day, it won't matter what your friend believed. He will ask you to give an account for yourself.

Why This Is Important Today
It's true that we are all one in Christ but...
Did you know that the countries Israel ended up in had their own names for them and that they can be traced historically?
Did you know that some of them left Egypt before Moses brought the rest of them to the Promised Land?
Can you imagine what this might mean to you?
Did you know that there is a difference between The Birthright and the Blessing handed down by Jacob to his sons? Do you know that this is one of the reasons why Jesus will come a second time?
You can find out in Israelology.

- Thanks for the visit. I am also involved in genealogy and have been able to trace one line back to Judah and Abraham. Maybe that is why I wrote my book, "Israelology". If you would like a free digital copy, just send me an email at:
