It Worked for Me!

Several years ago when I was in my mid-twenties, I became ill.

Every day, without fail, I would experience these symptoms:

Nausea/vomiting
Fatigue
Bloating
Woolly-headedness.

It became a constant battle; I could either feel terribly ill or I could take anti-emetics and feel, what I would call, doped up to the eyeballs or monged. It ruined my holiday in York, it effected my daily life and routine. It took me some time to figure out what was wrong. With no help from my GP I eventually managed to find the cause of my problems.

Caffeine. I would be fine until I had that first cup of caffeinated coffee. Then the symptoms would start. There would be no let up and I would, unknowingly, compound those symptoms by drinking more cups of coffee.

I now understand that I have a severe intolerance to Caffeine, common in those who have sensitive gastric systems. A change to de-caffeinated coffee changed my life completely.

So, if you drink caffeinated coffee every day (one cup or more) and you are suffering from any of the symptoms I've listed above, try swapping to decaffeinated coffee and see if it makes any difference.

Like many people, I've spent a lot of my life trying to find an effective treatment for my eczema with little success. As my problem exist in some of the awkward places on my body, this proved extremely difficult at the best of times. Many creams for eczema could not be used in delicate areas due to the steroids it contained.

I came across Salcura in Boots the Chemist the other day. It is pretty pricey but anything is worth trying at least once, right? It turned out that this was the best decision I have made in terms of my health since my 'discovery' that I am caffeine intolerant.

This spray actually works! Since I've used it, I have not had a problem with my rather intimate eczema at all. The usual triggers of bathing and intimate relations, failed to spark even a flicker of my usual soreness/redness/bleeding.

Application is pain-free (although there is a slight burning, it doesn't put you off applying it), it makes you smell nice and it keeps your skin looking and feeling healthy.

Sure Maximum Protection is a 'scientifically proven wetness protection'; protection against sweating and BO.

I've struggled to find an anti-perspirant that not only did its job adequately but also didn't leave white marks. Those antiperspirants that did leave white marks were the most effective but they ruined my clothes.

So, time for a change.

Yes, Sure Maximum Protection is a little more expensive than your average deodorant but it's worth the extra cost for that peace of mind. It smells gorgeous, too!
