My Best Italian MeatLoaf
My husband is not a fan of Meatloaf, he told me he got heartburn every time he ate it. What a compliment!!!
I saw an Italian Meatloaf recipe and decided to try it. The family absolutely loved it. Just a few extra Italian ingredients you can have a cheesy, scrumptious Italian Meatloaf.

Cheesy Meatloaf Recipe....
My Meatloaf is a simple recipe...I more or less don't really measure, a sprinkle here or there, an extra ingredient I like. Here is a rule of thumb recipe that I use.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings
1/2 cup of your favorite pasta sauce, homemade or in jar
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef shopping list
1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese, in about 1/4 inch pieces shopping list
additional pasta sauce, for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients, except the mozzarella cheese until well-mixed.
Lay mixture on a wax sheet on the counter.
Flatten mixture with a rolling pin and shape to fit in the pan you will be using
Place cubes of mozzarella cheese toward the middle of the mixture
Roll mixture, making sure that you secure the seam and edges
Put into a large loaf pan, top/garnish with additional pasta sauce, cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
Serve
You will have a pinwheel effect with the mozzarella cheese in the middle.

- When I was a meat eater, I made meatloaf all the time. Now I have to have a meat substitute, but all the other parts look great! And I do love Italian Food!!
