    I love really good Italian sausage, but it is really not good for you. Maybe I will try your recipe with chicken sausage.

    Italian sausage is just so yummy. I like red sweet pepper better than the green ones though.

    My NY version of sausages & peppers is way different. I'll have to try your recipe as yours is much easier & takes hours less time.
