Ingredients

Here are the ingredients that you will need

1 pkg McCormick Seasoning (Slow Cookers Italian Herb Chicken)

2 1/2 lbs chicken parts ( I used boneless chicken breast)

1 pk (8 oz) fresh mushrooms, halved or sliced

2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) stewed tomatoes, undrained

1 can (6 oz) tomato paste

Preparations

Here is how you prepare the ingredients

Place chicken and mushrooms in the crockpot

Mix seasoning, stewed tomatoes, and the tomato pace until blended

Pour it over the chicken and mushrooms. Cover

Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high

I was late starting, so I cooked it 4 hours on high and it turned out perfect.

The picture is all of the ingredients in the crockpot before I put it to cook.

Finishing Touches

Here is how you make it a meal

Cook your favorite pasta (I used Spaghetti)

Put sauce over your pasta and chicken on the side

You can also include your favorite bread (I baked cornbread).

I hope you enjoy!
