    Wow, love this lens! I work with an Italian caterer who has shown me some great authentic Italian recipes. This fall we are getting together to jar fresh tomatoes for the winter. It's a lot of work but well worth it!

    I really enjoy eating gnocchi, but I've never tried to make it from scratch. Your pumpkin gnocchi recipe looks like something I could have fun with. Wish me luck :o)

    Grace if you love it ready made, it is a completely different ball game when made fresh, light and airy and scrumptious and when you throw in a sage butter what more can I say?
