I am in a dilemma a few months ago because my desktop computer was unstable and recently became unusable due to some hardware malfunction. I am no technical person and could not fix it by myself so I just let it hang around for several days. When I got the time to take it to the shop, unfortunately, the technical support told me that the warranty just expired a few days and the store where I bought it would not even provide any kind of customer service and told me blatantly to buy another computer. I am a little bit frustrated and not happy at all even if I knew that the hands of the salesperson are tied. I knew that I could not win over and argue about the few days between the warranty and their policy.
I went around looking for another computer distributing store in London in the Internet, and I chanced upon several blogs and forums that provided good reviews about ITC Sales. I became curious and decided to check their homepage and I am impressed on their huge line of products ranging from brand new ones to the second-hand products. The price is reasonable and I believe I could even get a good quality computer for a discounted price.

They also sell refurbished units for different computer devices and peripherals such as servers, softwares, networking equipments and others. The best thing are the deals and promos that they offer which for an average person is a good buy already considering the financial situation of some. I am skeptical before on stores that offer a low price because surely the quality that you will be getting is far from what is your money's worth, but ITC Sales proved it all wrong. Being partnered with reputable companies, they get bulk orders and get a huge discount which in turn cut the retail and wholesale price. This is the reason why they can give good deals to customers.
The sales guys that I talked to are honest enough to tell me what brand, model and the specifications that can fully suit my needs. They did not push me into buying something that I did not need. They were candid in giving me the quotations and how it will fit into my budget. I am very happy with the excellent customer service experience that I got from them! They lived up to their promise that they can deliver the items that is ordered as soon as possible considering my location. I ordered the Dell Inspiron with 2.6GHz Dual Core processor 4 GB of RAM and 640 HDD complete with Windows 7 Home Premium and I was astounded on how it only cost me. So far, after a few months of using, it is still in perfect shape like when I bought it and did not experience any glitch at all! The sales guy also told me that they daily refresh their catalog for new inventories so it is evident that they have a huge market.
