I am an artist based in Toronto Canada.
My name is Iva O. and I am artist by night and too many things to list during the day.
I have been painting my entire life. Creating art is my only escape from reality and it allows me to express thoughts and emotions in a uniquely personal way. I hardly ever plan my artwork but simply allow it to flow through me onto the canvas. Some of my pieces take me years to complete and others only days.
My recent art work is concentrating on original paintings and mixed media, but I usually mix the two! The art I create deals with the emotions I feel at the moment of creation. No two pieces are alike, but most of them flow together in series. Currently I am working with smaller canvases; this allows me to capture a single moment in time.
In my attempt to fill the world with Original Art, I have ventured into accessories featuring my favorite pieces.
