EFT abbreviated for Emotional Freedom Techniques as the founder Gary Craig has called this healing technique is the marriage of two highly recognized and effective medical sciences. I had also help my staff suffering from food poisoning and associated nausea and dehydration to regain her strenght and found her working the next morning. She became a firm believer of the healing power of EFT. I had help my daughter to feel so much better when her flu symptoms made her so miserable. On a visit to a relatives home I could help a teenager who was confine to her room because of painful menstrual symptoms. After a few minutes of EFT she was able to join us in the living area.
