John edgar hoover's life was controversial.He was often panned by media for corruption and for his sexuality,even after his death.Clint eastwood's movie focuses on the deep dark secrets that J. Edgar kept until his death.Leonardo De Caprio plays the title role where as Naomi watts plays the role of Helen Gandy (Secretary of J. Edgar).
