Jack3d Pre-Workout Supplement

This is my personal Jack3d review and it is not supported, or related, to any supplement manufacturer, workout, or fitness program. I wish it was, and if USPlabs would like to throw me a bone, feel free to do so. But at this time, my opinion and review of Jack3d in untainted and sponsor free.

Also, I am not a health professional and my recommendation of this product is based on my own personal experience with it. As with any supplement, you should consult a doctor before taking them, and not base their effectiveness or safety solely on information found on the web.

If you are at all like me, you hate to throw good money away on a hyped-up, over rated, and under performing supplement that has nothing more going for it than a cool name and some celebrity backing.

I can not tell you how much money I have wasted on supplements that have done nothing more than what your average, every day, multi vitamin could have done.

So let me try to save you a dime or two and tell you about one of the best pre-workout supplements that I have found.

Jack3d! OK, so it has a cool name. But, it has a lot more going for it than just a cool name. One thing I really like about it is, it actually works.

Jack3d No Filler Review

I would love to take the credit for finding this stuff, but it was actually my wife, Tina, who did the research on Jack3d.

After the government got all up in our fruit loop and made it illegal for us to use ephedra products, she has been searching for a "safe" replacement.

She heard a lot of good things about this Jack3d stuff at the gym, but when she saw that it had creatine, (Creatine supplementation helps to build muscle mass) she was a bit hesitant about using it. She wanted the energy benifits of Jack3d, but not the bodybuilding effects of Creatine.

Basically, she wanted to keep her lean, feminine figure, and not bulk up due to the Creatine in the Jack3d.

Well after no small amount of research, she found that the amount of Creatine in Jack3d is not enough to bulk you up. As a matter of fact, USPlabs recommends that if your intentions are to bulk-up, you should add additional Creatine powder supplements to your workout routine.

In a nutshell, if you're a woman and you're a little bit hesitant about using Jack3d due to the Creatine in it, you have no need to worry. It doesn't have enough Creatine in it to make you "bulky".

Jack3d Ingredients

One of the best things about Jack3d is what the pros down at USPlabs did not do. And that would be to add a bunch of filler to the active ingredients like what most other supplement companies do.. Filler just makes it look like your getting more than you are really getting, so when you look at the ingredients list on the Jack3d canister, you see a very short list.

What is in Jack3d? Well, the active Jack3d Ingredients are..

*Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) "Nitric Oxide", It improves blood flow and nutrient delivery to your muscles.
AAKG is what gives you the big "pump" when taking Jack3d.

*Creatine Monohydrate increase strength and muscle size.

*Beta Alanine is an amino acid which reduces fatigue and increase your endurance. But it may cause a tingling feeling in their skin.

*Caffeine Is the primary stimulant in Jack3d. Beginners should start with just 1/2 or 1 scoop of Jack3d until they get acclimated.
Caffeine increases focus, helps burn fat by heating your body up (it is "thermogenic"), and numerous studies have shown it as a performance enhancer. There's about 100mg of caffeine in each scoop of Jack3d.

*Geranamine, Methylhexaneamine, aka DMAA. is a natural product of the geranium plant and provides energy and focus to the user.

DMAA is safe in small doses. Never exceed recommended dosage and follow directions. .

*Schizandrol A: Studies show that it also has potential antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-amnesiac, neuroprotective, and hepatoprotective effects for the liver, but a lot of these studies are rat studies and we do not know how much would be needed to get similar effects for humans.

The ingredients in the Jack3d list are safe if used properly. Source Jack3d.Com

Jack3d Warning and Side Effects

There is no such thing as a perfect dietary supplement. Jack3d is no exception.

I am not going to go into all the possible side effects of Jack3d. That info can be found on the Jack3d.Com website. I am just going to tell you about the few negative reactions that I had to Jack3d.

The first negative side effect that I had to deal with, but it did pass after a few days of use, was the full body tingle caused by the ingredient Beta Alanine.

When I started taking Jack3d, I began by taking 2 scoops of the powder in 16oz of water. (Beginners should start with 1/2 to 1 full scoop) The full body tingle only lasted for 30 to 40 minutes, and it can be very itchy and annoying. I do have to add that after a week of using Jack3d, the full body tingle did go away. And, if I started my work out directly after drinking Jack3d, I would hardly even notice the tingling.

The one Jack3d warning that I would like to tell you about is a double edged sword. After you take this stuff for a while, your body doesn't want to go without it. I am not saying that Jack3d is addictive, but I can feel the difference on the days that I forget to take it. This stuff works great and it really gets you pumped up for a work out, but you may find that you just can not go a day without it. Not even on your scheduled "off" days.

With that said, let me add this... I love this stuff and the positive aspects and effects of Jack3d truly outweigh any negative possible side effects that you may or may not have to deal with.

So if you ask me if you should use Jack3d, and you have done your research to make sure that your fit enough to use it, than I would have to say, "Yes". You owe it to yourself to give Jack3d a try.

As I was telling you at the beginning of this page, I am not related to any supplement manufacturer, workout, or fitness program, but should you order your Jack3d from this page, I could make a small percentage of that sale. That may come out to a buck or two, if I am lucky. I tell you that in an effort to provide full disclosure. Just thought that I would let you know...So please feel free to order from this page. I do appreciate it and I thank you. So go ahead and...
