Jack Bauer, An Action Figure in Real Life!
Now entering its seventh season, "24" is presented in real-time with each one-hour episode representing one hour in the life of federal agent Jack Bauer. Each season has consisted of 24 episodes, thus 24 hours of Jack Bauer's life. Most of the action in the first six seasons took place in terrorist-ridden Los Angeles, California, centering around Bauer and his interaction with the fictional CTU, or Counter Terrorist Unit, as well as with government officials in Washington, D.C. At the end of season six, CTU was disbanded and season seven, including Jack Bauer, has been moved to Washington, D.C.
Whatever action the writers of this award-winning series have planned, Jack Bauer is bound to be in the midst of it, as usual. And fans aren't complaining. Are you a 24 fan? A Jack Bauer fan? Hang onto your hat, hold onto your seat, and get ready to enjoy the ride!

Jack Bauer Facts from Wikipedia
Jack Bauer is a fictional character who appears on the television show "24."
Jack Bauer is the protagonist of the American television series 24, in which he has trained and worked in various capacities as a government agent, including U.S. Army Delta Force, Los Angeles Police Department, SWAT, CIA, and during the course of the show the Counter Terrorist Unit and the FBI (in the latest season 7). Within the 24 storyline, he is a key member of CTU and is often portrayed as the best agent CTU has. Bauer's job usually involves him helping prevent major terrorist attacks on the United States, saving both civilian lives and government administrations. On many occasions Jack does so at great personal expense, as those he thwarts subsequently target him and his loved ones. Bauer's frequent use of torture to gather information has been cited as an inspiration by CIA interrogators and has generated much controversy and discussion.
