    I live on Amelia Island Florida to be more specific Fernandina Beach Anyway what I'd like to know is this is it true that in the days of silent films that Jacksonville was the main hub for movies. I have been told it was the Hollywood of it's day. Is that True ? Hope to hear more on that.

    I Live onAmelia IslandThat is just north of Jacksonville. I remember as a kid it seemed like anytime you needed anything you had to go to Jacksonville from here. I'm just glad Jacksonville was there or we would have been out of luck on a lot of stuff here on Amelia Island. I'm glad to report Amelia Island has grown quite a bit. Just wanted to say Thanks Jacksonville for Being there when we needed you.

    I haven't been to Jacksonville in a few years but enjoyed it when I did go for a Gator Bowl Game.

    Nice work! I was in Jacksonville for just a quick stop through a few years ago, I wish I got to see more. Beautiful area all around it though. I'm lensrolling this to my southern road trip lens.
