Jaguar E-Type - The Classic Roadster Car Design

The Jaguar E-Type is a car that goes by several names. You might hear it being referred to as the Jaguar XK-E or even the E-Type Jaguar by people who like to mix things up a bit. No matter the given name, the E-Type will go down in history as one of the most progressive car designs ever. Although also sold as a 2-door coupe with a hardtop roof, the 2-door roadster convertible is the classic design that car enthusiasts desire most.

The E-Type was sold from 1961 until 1974. The smooth, refined look of this car set it apart from the big and clunky American cars sold at the time. It wasn't all just show, either. The original I6 engine in these cars performed well for its time, as did the V12 engines that came along with the Series 3 models in 1971. The E-Type has been named the top sports car of the 1960's by at least one major automotive publication.

Dodge Viper
The Dodge Viper is a sports car sold since 1991. It has long been recognized as the peak of American sports cars, even beating out the Chevrolet Corvette. Although some Corvette specialty models like the Z06 and ZR1 could perform better than the Viper on the track, the Viper base model should have n
Plymouth Roadrunner
Perhaps no car represents the definition of muscle car better than the Plymouth Roadrunner. As muscle cars started to gain all sorts of expensive options in the late 1960's, Plymouth decided to make a car that would bring muscle cars back to their roots - a bare bones, no frills car with a big engin
Dodge Charger - The Big American Muscle Car
The Dodge Charger is the epitome of the American muscle car. It's big, it's loud, it's fast. The original Charger was sold from 1966 until 1978. It was revived as a front wheel drive compact car in the 1980's, and then again as a return to its roots in 2006. Let's just forget that the 80's L-body Ch
