You may want to build your own team. This is where the compensation plan comes in. This is also why it's called Multi-Level Marketing or MLM. Some people think it's a pyramid but what it actually does is pay the people who work harder the most money. So if you work more you get paid more. Simple as that.

This company is so much better than any of the other J-O-B's I've ever had. I make and set my own times to work and my own basic rules. No one looks over my shoulder and tells me what to do. BUT, there is more oppotunity to learn in this company than any that I have ever worked for.

Not only several weekly training calls but recorded calls so I can download them to my computer, or just listen at my convenience. If I run into a snag I email or call my sponsor and she's there!

The forums are a great tool for learning, from the questions asked and answers given, to the files kept there loaded with documents we all need.

There have been brand new changes added to the websites and they have added a great new video presentation. I'll be honest with you, I think it's wonderful but that's my opinion, and it does add $4.95 to your COTM if you want it added to your website.

There are no minimums, no quota to meet. If you sell you make money. If you don't you still have some nice candles at wholesale prices that you can keep to use or make samples for your business.

My name is Jamie Carver and I'm a Christian wife, mother of 3, and grandmother of 4. I live in a small town with my husband, our bird Snowball, and our dog Ike. We are active in our Church and our small community. I am employed full time outside our home and my husband is a disabled Vietnam veteran. He's my lovable "house-hubby".

We love to garden in the summer. We always have a big vegetable garden, and grow flowers around our house and in our small yard. Each year we try to add a few more perenniels to the yard, usually from a friend or planted in dedication of one of the children.

We have a dream of one day moving from our tiny home to a larger, more comfortable home. Where my husband could have a workshop and greenhouse to start his own plants. We could have a bigger garden and maybe can some of our own veggies for the winter. A bigger yard to have more beautiful flowers that we both love so much. I would only be working this business and not my other job, like some of the Leaders, and have a nice office and could drink my coffee in the morning in the office. I could prop my feet up, look out the windows of my office, with cup in hand, and see Ike running through the flowers chasing butterflies. Can you see it?

I happened to be on a blog one night when I ran across someone who had common interests. I invited her to my friends list and as it turns out she was an owner of her business. I looked over her site and talked to her on the phone and signed up for the COTM.

I almost gave up after the first month! I guess I foolheartedly thought I'd be able to work 40 hours a week, start a business, and make tons of money all in the course of 30 days! Truth told I didn't think the money was in my account to pay for my COTM. Somehow (?) there was so I stayed and I'm so glad I did.

I still haven't made "tons" of money but, one day I know I will make enough to support us with this business. I love to learn and this business has taught me so much it would take volumes to print.
