A little on the Japanese puffer fish - fugu

Puffer or Blow

In English, the fish to the right can be called either a puffer fish, or a blow fish. In Japanese it is called fugu. The toxins in the liver of this fish mark it as unedible. It may be that one day the only fish that will be left in the water will be the puffer fish or fugu because when fisherman catch this one, they always throw it back in the ocean.
