My aim is to make this the most comprehensive source of information about Jay Abraham.
Jay Abraham is my biggest business hero and a major influence on the way I think about business and work with businesses.
This lens is my tribute to the work Jay has done over the last 30 years and his incredible ability to find and exploit profitable opportunities.
Jay Abraham has rightly been called a marketing legend, a marketing genius and a marketing wizard.

It is somebody recognised as the "go to" guy and trusted expert in a particular area or the definition I have been given is "someone who is dazzlingly skilled in any field."

Repackaging? Yes.
Adapting them to new opportunities? Sure - his.
Absent any new content as you stated, why go to "the source" when you can save 80% and buy it second hand. Its not like the packaging will suffer.
Icy Hot is an inspiring example, as was Da Vinci's model for the helicopter. But, neither satisfies todays demands. What has he accomlished for anyone in the last 5-10 years?
I just invested in Schefren's live event in Orlando. Jay was the only speaker not swarmed after presenting. Perhaps, it was because he focused more on his pedigree than on the needs of us in the audience.
As for Maven relevance, an applause meter or attentive ear is all that was necessary to know who in Orlando were considered Mavens.
For my dollar, I do not see Ken McCarthy, Yanik Silver, Mike Filsaime, Alen Mandossian and company as me-too people or businesses. At least they adapt Jay's teachings to todays environment and deliver them in "complete package

Where's the Meat?
Abraham has some great ideas but the only thing truly new are the adverts to sell old content with new titles. Even the testimonials have been around for many years.
Even evergreen, his best ideas have already been adopted by and are now taught by most internet gurus for a fraction of the cost.

Tony Robbins Interviews Jay Abraham
If you are a fan of Jay Abraham, you will love to hear the recording of Jay interviewed by Tony Robbins.The full title is "How To Optimize Your Business And Produce Maximum Profits."
This two hour audio recording is a great summary of Jay's ideas as Tony Robbins gives him a real grilling.
It has been available at a bonus in the Mr X book offer and the Tony Robbins Power Talk recording is available from Amazon although I am not sure if it is the full recording.
I have also seen the transcript available as a bonus on various other low priced bundles of Jay's PDFs but I prefer to listen to Jay.
