- Worked for them years ago, they weren't bad then, just strict kind of like military. Now they are out of their minds. Even the military doesn't treat it's people like JB does now. The idle requirements for example are unrealistic. You can do it if you have a propane heater in the winter and a love for sweating in the summer. Since JB lets you sit so much, you can plan on either freezing or sweating alot. Either that or get fired. Yes, they are firing drivers now for idle times being too high.
This is my second time back with them and they are not at all like they used to be. My dispatcher got involuntarily moved to another position and JB brought in a headhunter. Immediately he started threatening to fire me and other drivers over idle time. I got it down low ASAP and he was pleased. However I got a call in complaint from a woman who had to stop when merging cause I could not get over. She called and said I ran her off the road, gave her the finger and laughed.

- worked for them for 11 months been driving a truck for 38 years clean record worst company i ever worked you set more than you drive gross wages in 11 month 18500.00 deuct living cost gone high as a month at a time stay away boys all the mythes are true.

- It is a good co but you have to stay on your toes because if you slip they will nail you and fire you on the spot .
