Jeffrey Donovan, Michael Weston in Burn Notice, approaches his workouts and fitness with a solid approach. Instead of trying to be a humongous bodybuilder type, he focuses on maintaining a lean and muscular physique by doing some of these core workouts along with a very effective body weight circuit.

The Jeffrey Donovan Workout Routine

Jeffrey Donovan WorkoutJeffrey Donovan's trainer Matt Aquino's goal for this strength-training routine is to get & keep Donovan "Long & Lean." This is an awesome routine if you're aiming to burn fat and tone muscle.

The workout:
This is a bodyweight circuit workout and you should do all of the exercises one-after-another without resting in between each set. Once you've done all of the exercises back-to-back, you can rest for 1-2 minutes and then do it all over again.

Pushups - 20 reps
Narrow grip pullups - 5 reps
Diamond pushups - 20 reps
Resistance-band curls - 20 reps
Reverse lunges - 20 reps
Narrow grip pullups - 5 reps
Shadow-boxing - 3 minutes
Abdominal scissor kicks - 30 reps
Abdominal flutter kicks - 30 reps
Abdominal V-ups - 15 reps
