I came across Jeffrey Gitomer about a year ago and just love his writings...true inspiration!

Define Gitomer:
n. 1. a creative, on the edge, writer and speaker whose expertise on sales, customer loyalty, and personal development is world renowned. 2. known for presentations, seminars and keynote addresses that are funny, insightful, and in your face. 3. real world. 4. off the wall. 5. on the money. 6.gives audiences information that they can take out in the street one minute after the seminar is over and turn it into money.

    I have been following Jeffrey Gitomer for around 6 years. His Sales Rant Video with each issue of his newsletter would be worth thousand of dollars a year if he sold it.

    Jeffrey's approach to sales is very down to earth. His approach to sales is very practical and based value first approach.

    I'm a Gitomer fan! His "Sales Caffeine" e-newsletter is one of the few that is always worth reading--I wait for it eagerly every Tuesday morning. He knows his stuff, and he's a great communicator as well.
