Jerry Trainor was well known to the tween set long before he made it onto the set of iCarly thanks to his role as Crazy Steve on the hit show Drake & Josh. He is definitely perfectly cast as the wild and crazy guy, able to do a goofy tummy rub without shame and deliver a deadpan line wearing nothing but a towel.

Jerry is joining his iCarly co-star Jennette McCurdy in a movie for Nickelodeon called Best Player. Jerry is Quincy, a record-setting video game player who is challenged in his sport by a newcomer. Should be fun to see them carry their chemistry over from iCarly!

Keep an ear out for Jerry's voice in the new Nick cartoon T.U.F.F. Puppy. You'll hear him as the main character, Dudley Puppy.

    My daughter and I watch iCarly repeatedly - it's a show that makes me laugh, it's quick, clever with punchy one-liners - I love it. My daughter thinks I have a huge crush on you, but no - I just think you're a great actor who brings a huge smile to my face and for that I thank you so very much. Keep up the good work! :)

    I am a mom who mostly listens to Icarly from the kitchen and laundry room. Jerry you make ICarly awesome, you make me laugh while I'm doing mundane chores around the house. Evening TV with the kids is worth taking a break to watch... Keep us laughing... We are fans for life...
