These Are the Jerrys I Know, I Know

First, let me give credit where credit is due. Had it not been for a recent viewing of Kids In The Hall's "These Are The Daves I Know," this lens wouldn't be. Perhaps a few of you are thinking that would be a good thing, but I'm choosing to ignore that.

So, let's begin: These are the Jerry/Gerrys I know, I know.

Jerry Seinfeld: A Jerry I Know

Man behind the most successful sitcom of all Time, Jerry Seinfeld is definitely a Jerry worth knowing. Here's some things I know about Jerry Seinfeld:

  • According to Forbes magazine, Jerry was the highest paid celebrity in 1998 with a reported gross of $267 million.

  • A big Superman fan, Jerry named his son "Kal" as Superman's Kryptonian name is Kal-El. Nicholas Cage also named his son after Supes, but went with Kal-El, but since he's a Nick and not a Jerry, that's really not important, is it?

  • Comedian George Wallace (one of my personal favorites) was the best man at Jerry's wedding.

  • Jerry is an avid car collector and owns one Porsche reportedly worth $700,000.
