Jessica Biel Butt Exercises

Let's be honest. Jessica Biel has an amazing butt!

It's no surprise that one of her favorite workout moves is the lunge.

Her trainer, Jason Walsh, has her doing both walking lunges and 'multidirectional' lunges, where she will lunge out straight ahead, then do a lunge at a 45 degree angle, then one to the side, then one diagonally to the back, and then one straight back.

But if you are just starting out, Walsh suggests just sticking to walking lunges to get your strength built up. Try between two and four sets of 15 - 20 lunges (for each leg).

Jessica Biel's Yoga Habit

How does Jessica stay so long and lean? She claims it is her frequent yoga habit.

As she said on the Glamour website
"I like to do a couple of classes of yoga during the week, mixed in with weight training sessions, which are for strength," says Biel. "Actually the yoga class is less about strength and more about stretching and elongating, so I can have the combo."
