"According to the London Mirror, there have been many Travolta family arguments caused by Jett Travolta's illness.
The source, a close friend of John's brother, Joey Travolta, told the Mirror that Joey and John often argued about what was wrong with John's son Jett.
John didn't believe his condition was autism, a condition not recognized by Scientology. Brother Joey believed Jett suffered from autism."

What Was The Document Regarding Jett Travolta?
But the document in question is actually a "refusal to transport" document which Travolta had to sign in case he decided not to have the ambulance drive Jett to the hospital. At the time, Travolta, a licensed pilot was considering flying Jett back to Florida for medical treatment.

Several stars including Oprah Winfrey are scheduled to fly to the Bahamas to comfort Travolta. Kirsty Alley has apparently flown to Ocala to be there for when Kelly and John return to Florida. Kawasaki disease (also known as lymph node syndrome, mucocutaneous node disease, infantile polyarteritis and Kawasaki syndrome) is a disease, largely of infants, which affects many organs, including the skin, mucous membranes, lymph nodes, and blood vessel walls, but the most serious effect is on the heart where it can cause severe aneurysmal dilations. Without treatment, mortality may approach 1%, usually within 6 weeks of onset. With treatment, the mortality rate is less than 0.01% in the U.S.Merck Manual, Online edition, Kawasaki Disease]
There is often a pre-existing viral infection that may play some role in pathogenesis. The conjunctival and oral mucosa, along with the epidermis (skin), become erythmatous (red and inflammed). Edema is often seen in the hands and feet and the cervical lymph nodes are often enlarged. Also, some degree of fever is often noted.
It was first described in 1967 by Dr. Tomisaku Kawasaki in Japan.

- john, kelly and ella i empathise with your lose. when i saw the photo's of jett i felt that i was looking at a very familar face. the infectious wide smile and the brilliant sparkle in his eyes. truly the mirror to the soul and i noticed other things that probably others would not. the care you took to belt your beautifal son into his car seat. the number two clipper hair cut and the total affection and love when ever he is photographed with his parents.just minutes after the first broardcast with photos of you leaving the restaurant in paris my phone rang my girlfriend who by the way was in nassau for the winter called to also recognizes this beautiful , wonderous face. my son who is also developmentally challenged and suffers from seizures. he also began having seizures one week before his second birthday, he also had a bubble cut hair cut at3 to 6 years of age and i know full well what theese seizures do to our children i have no other spaces to write more god bless you
