Jimmy Choo are a brand associated with luxury, elegance and style.

The name Jimmy Choo instantly conjures up images of designer shoes adorning the feet of some of the worlds most stylish celebrities. The company is the eponymous label of British-Malaysian footwear designer, Jimmy Choo, who trained in Hackney at the Cordwainers Technical College. He actually made his very first shoe at the age of 11, and he became well known when he started his own business in East London.

Tamara Mellon, the editor of accessories at British Vogue, decided there was a gap in the market for stylish and comfortable shoes. Mellon had heard of Choo, and decided to approach him in the hope of staring a large scale business with him. Together, they created the 'Jimmy Choo' brand, and focused on creating footwear for women unlike any other. Soon celebrities were wearing the shoes on the red carpet and the company became world famous. Almost every woman these days wants a pair of "Choo's".

Around 10 years ago, the company branched out into producing other goods, such as accessories like bags and scarves. More recently, Italian eyewear manufacturers, the Marcolin Group, signed a deal with Jimmy Choo to produce high quality eyewear under their name. What has come of that is a range unlike any other, designed with perfect craftsmanship reminiscent of the original shoe line, and fabulous detailing setting the glasses apart as a real luxury product.

The glasses are all designed with elegance and femininity in mind (with almost the entire range created just for women). Because of the high quality in the production and manufacturing process, all the sunglasses are guaranteed to last for a very long time, much longer than any bog standard high street pair.
