Months after Jimmy got into poker "Gobboboy" entered an online tournament with over 2,000 players and placed 2nd for $3500. This was the turning points for Jimmy's career. Jimmy never looked back and started terrorizing online tournaments. His next win cam in September 2006 when he came in at a disappointing 2nd place for a cool $20,000.

It was never about the money to Jimmy, Jimmy wanted to win. A month later, Jimmy finally came in 1st and took home over $45,000 by winning the $200,000 guaranteed tournament. In the next 6 months, Jimmy raked in over £200,000 from his online tournament winning and as if that was not enough Jimmy Fricke came in 2nd in the 2007 Aussie Millions Tournaments and took home over $800,000.
