Workplace stress is a common cause that brings on job burn out, depression and a plethora of other maladies. When you dread getting up in the morning and heading to the workplace, an immediate thought may be to go back to bed and take the consequences tomorrow. There's always some type of job stress - even if you're working for yourself. There may be deadlines for projects, hostile clients to deal with, computer problems and time management issues that can drive you crazy.     Good lens! This is precisely why I love working at home, much less stress. Not to mention, it turns out that tickle fights with your toddlers in the middle of the day is totally a stress reliever.
