Joels first book was "The Last Jihad". This was the book that really took me in. At the very beginning of the book puts you inside the cockpit of a hijacked jet, coming in on a kamikaze attack into an American city, which leads to a war with Saddam Hussein over weapons of mass destruction. Yet it was written before 9/11, long before the actual war with Iraq. When published, The Last Jihad spent 11 weeks on the New York Times best-seller list, reaching as high as #7.

In the book by Joel Rosenberg "The Last Days" Joel continues where he left off in The Last Jihad. But the book opens with the death of Yasser Arafat and a U.S. diplomatic convoy ambushed in Gaza. Six days before The Last Days was published in hardcover, a U.S. diplomatic convoy was ambushed in Gaza. Thirteen months later, Yasser Arafat died. The Last Days spent 4 weeks on the New York Times best-seller list, hit #5 on the Denver Post list, and reached #8 on the Dallas Morning News list. Both books were optioned by a Hollywood producer.

The Ezekiel Option continues on with the same players as were in the previous two books. But just like the two previous books it takes on a totaly different spin with international politics and terrorism. This book centers on a Russian dictator who forms a military alliance with the leaders of Iran who are feverishly pursuing nuclear weapons and threatening to wipe Israel off the face of the earth. On the very day it was published in June 2005, Iran elected a new leader who vowed to accelerate the country's nuclear program and later vowed to "wipe Israel off the map." Six months after the book was published, Moscow signed a $1 billion arms deal with Tehran.

The fourth book "The Copper Scroll" was released in August 2006.

Rosenberg has written another page-turner based on end-times prophecy. The intricacies of his plot resemble Tom Clancy's but with greater clarity and fewer characters. Intriguing twists and turns keep the reader on the edge of his seat as he follows the searing action. Absolutely an excellent book on a very delicate topic that is affecting and will affect our world. Rosenberg shows us the power of the Scripture in understanding the past and the present, and even more important: in predicting the future. A Thought-provoking reading that is well worth for Christian Readers and any reader as well.

All 5 of these books are fiction, but in the first 4 novels all of the events took place. I just hope and pray that the events in the last book "Dead Heat" does not catch us by surprise. With all of the rumblings taking place around the world and radical Islam growing at a fast rate and ready to wipe us and Israel off the face of the earth I just pray that the American people are not asleep and we get caught off guard. I just ask that you dont get so consumed by this Presidential race that you take your eyes off Israel, the Middle East! Events are unfolding and we are going to be caught unaware if we do not WAKE UP and see what COULD happen.
