I bought the new Ab Doer twist about four months ago. I have had cancer two different kinds and over fifteen operations on my stomach leaving me with 18inch long scars. I have been very immobile all my life and hardly able to move my midsection at all. Since I have been using the Abdoer twist, I am more mobile than I have been since I was 20, I'm 50 now and spent most of the intervening 30 years bedridden or in hospital. I'm still on the beginner level but I repeat it so I do it twice every morning with the tension rod 1 in the back. I can't remember when I have felt this good. My hubby is over the moon, I'm doing so much for my myself now. If I keep this up I'll be able to do the intermediate level soon. Thanx for the Abdo, thumbs up.

John, I recently ordered the Abdoer and was disappointed that the get started DVD with 3 workouts does not work. I have received a 2nd DVD that still did not work. Can you help me and send me a workable DVD so I can get the outcome I really expected to get with your machine. Thane keeps saying all the other DVDs have worked. Not mine. Please help!

I can't find DVD's for my Ab-doer. I have the old VHS tapes and they are getting worn out.

Can you get replacement parts for the Ab-Doer Pro?
My spring snapped. I enjoy using my Ab-Doer and I use
it every day. My results have been great. I'm approaching 60 and I've done sit-ups all my life until my daughter bought the ab-doer in 1991, now I don't have to do anymore situps on the floor. Thanks for a great product.
