Very few types of real estate offer as easy, fast and large a return as investing in Free and Clear vacant land.

It may seem counter intuitive that more money can be made in a much smaller market, but considering how many pieces of vacant land exist in the US alone, this niche market is still very large.

Another beneficial aspect of vacant land investing is that land is always the condition of real estate with the greatest upside potential. Inside Edition ran an "investigative report" on John Beck's infomercials and on what they say about John Beck's Free and Clear system.

In the report, Inside Edition showed that the "proof" that was used to document that the system is working was presented in a dishonest way.

Problem #1: Most purchase prices of properties shown in the infomercial were significantly lower than the actual purchase prices.

Problem #2: Many properties are shown in the infomercial as being in very good condition. The truth is that they were in terrible shape when the buyers bought them. They put considerable time and money into these houses to make them live-able.

These are significant "documentation errors" at best, and I can see how the judgment on this would be a lot harsher.
