Quick Bio:
- Jonathan was born in Sacramento, CA and moved to the Philippines within the first few months of his life.
- He stayed in the Philippines for 4 years and then returned to live in Chico, CA with his father, step-mother, and siblings.
- During high school, he worked at McDonald's and then a local grocery store—just a regular middle-class kid.
- After high school, he joined the US Military where he spent the worst, but undoubtedly the most suddenly impacting 4 years of his life. The horrifying death of a 23 year-old comrade brought Jonathan to the shocking realization of just how short life could be. This gave him a greater appreciation for life, which naturally lead to a deep interest in personal development. He wanted to learn how to make the most of his time here on Earth, however long or short it may be.
- Through lots of reading and personal application/experiments, personal development and self-improvement became a major interest that Jonathan was committed to explore further.
- Before separating from the military, Jonathan took advantage of his education benefits and took some courses for the specific purpose of improving his writing ability, because just in case he wasn't able to get a degree as soon as he hoped, he wanted a skill to be able to take advantage of right away (writing).
- After the military, Jonathan moved back home to California, stayed with his older brother and sister-in-law and began the job search.
- Not too long after that, he began work at a local warehouse, moved into an apartment, and met his future wife.
- He married Biffy, started his family, and opened up a brand new and exciting chapter of his life.
- After some time, Jonathan and Biffy began despising the distance between each other during "work hours", so Jonathan spent quite a bit of time and effort to learn about different ways to make money online so he could eventually quit his job.
- After a lot of learning, patience, and persistence, he was finally able to quit his job and now spends his time goofing off with his awesome family, writing, and working on his online business.

Want to Start an Online Business?
No matter your experience level...
Jonathan Beebe credits his freedom and lifestyle to his online business, because without it, too much time would be spent at places he doesn't want to be (working for a corporation), doing things he most likely doesn't want to do.Develop Minds Blog is the cornerstone of Jonathan's online business, and he built it from the ground-up. Because of it, he was able to quit his job and focus on the online business full-time. Jonathan now spends his time with his family, doing only the things he wants to do.
You can live this way too.
Jonathan Beebe fully endorses the teachings of Site-Build-It!, and found it to be the BEST way for those who are new but are serious about starting and maintaining an online business.
The best thing to remember is that, starting an online business is not easy, but i can be fun. And when you're having fun, things seem easy.
