Josh Groban is an remarkable performer with a voice than can easily handle pop and rock music as well as classical. Generally classified as 'adult contemporary' Josh Groban is among a new generation of musicians and performers defining a new genre of music.
What also sets Josh Groban apart from may of his contemporaries is the amazing combination of pure talent, genuine humility and a compassion for giving back to others.
It is this generosity, humility and willingness to help that makes him such a good role model for my own children.

My girls and I call "You Are Loved" the Anti-Loser Song. The song is an empowering message for children and adults.
I tell them if someone gives them a hard time at school, to have this song go through your head and remember that "You Are Loved."
I can tell that it is working when my 5 year old sings along with the words at the top of her lungs that "You Are LOVED!"

His Humanitarian Work - The Grobanites for Charity
Grobanites for Charities (GFC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which is run by a very dedicated group of volunteers. These volunteers have banded together with thousands of Josh Groban fans all over the world to support a variety of charitable causes.Their main focus is to raise money for The Josh Groban Foundation, which supports children in need around the world through contributions to the arts, education and healthcare.
Since 2004 Josh Groban fans have already raised over $500,000 for his Foundation through on-line auctions, donations and fundraisers at fan gatherings. Few performers have such a dedicated fan base working to raise funds to do good.
