From where does the money come?
This is a million dollar question any enterprise company has to face. No matter how big or small a company is, it needs capital. Especially, in case of small companies fund raising is a big challenge. In U.S.A, though apparently it may seem that the federal government is not so keen in granting direct loan to the small business but the fact is, through S.B. A. it provides a whole range of lucrative grants to initiate and develop business. U.S. government has good news even for those who are into farm business. US Agricultural department [U.S.D.A.] has introduced a similar program like S.B.A named Business and Industry (B&I) Guaranteed Loan Program . It provides loan up to 80% which can be used to fulfill various business needs -capital, machinery, equipment and building and even for debt refinancing. There is also the B&I Loan Guarantee Program Fact Sheet which furnishes detailed information regarding the different loan offers, eligibility conditions, terms and conditions, rate of interest and equity requirements. Then there is the Rural Development Field Office, which answers all the queries related to the B&I Loan Guarantee Program and other financial schemes for small farms
For the small truck companies and transportation companies there are schemes like the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) SmartWay Transport Partnership and Short Term Lending Program transportation companies.
