Why a Juice Detox plus a Detox Diet is a MUST for your health....

We absorb around 1000 different toxins/poisons into our bodies EVERY SINGLE DAY. That is very scary, when you think what these must be doing to you both internally and externally.

Toxins interfere with your body's systems and communications, and cause all sorts of diseases and ailments. Instead of taking more medications and drugs (ie more toxins!) we can get rid of the cause instead - through a detox.

Health Benefits of Juicing

Massive Amounts of Nutrients
Juicing is a way to take in massive amounts of nutrients - far more than if we simply ate these foods. How long would it take to eat a bag of apples? Juicing them would produce 3 or 4 drinks and take only minutes to consume.

Rapid Assimilation of Nutrients
The juicing process breaks down the fruit and vegetables into an easily digestible state.     We have fruit smoothies every morning with wheat germ or oats and I think this is doing us a lot of good. I didn't realize you can do detox this way. Will give this a try.
