Juicing For Health

Fresh Juices That Are Good For You

Juicing is a great way to give your body the vitamins and nutrients that it needs in one easy and fun to make drink. You can use all of your favorite fruits and vegetables, you can also mix in a few that you might not like with the ones you do like.

The health benefits of eating fruit and vegetables is very exciting, but sometimes eating all of the required amount of fruit and vegetables can be hard to do in one day. Using a Juicing machine makes it easy to get all of the benefits in one drink. If you are looking for an easy way to eat your fruit and vegetables and get lots of health benefits, you have come to the right place.

My Experience With Juicing

I have been juicing for a while now, and I have found that it has made a huge difference in the speed of my weight loss, the way my skin looks and the way I feel. I was a healthy eater to begin with. I used to eat some fruit, and tried to eat as many vegetables as I could but, honestly for me it was hard to fit it all into one day.

Quite frankly, it was sort of boring to eat fruit and vegetables and I would forget to eat them. I had the fruit in the fruit bowl and the vegetables in the fridge, but I would have to get them out and cut it up into wedges and put them into a bowl (kind of like a fruit salad) to be able to make them interesting enough for me to eat them. I love the taste of fruit and vegetables, but all of the preparing it took to eat them was not fun...

Juicing is exciting to me, you can still cut up the fruit and vegetables but now you can use the smasher (that's what I call the plastic cylinder in the feed tube) and then you can watch as you feed fruit and vegetables turn to liquid in your glass. It's like magic!

Nutirents From Juicing

Our bodies have the ability to heal themselves without the use of modern drugs. Its true. Food can assist our bodies in the speed of healing, and prevent disease. The problem is that most people don't eat the right foods to do the job. People are eating processed and fast foods all the time. Our bodies are getting sick because of what is going into them. Doesn't it make sense that if you put the proper nutrients inside your body, it will in turn reap the benefits of what is going into it?

When you buy a juice that has been processed, it can contain harmful chemicals and your body is not getting the nutrients that it needs.

The best way to make sure that you are getting all the vitamins of fruit and vegetables in your juicing recipes is to find some juice recipes like the ones below and make your own juice.

Fresh juice recipes are usually made with pure juice. Another benefit of juicing is that you can have more variety than anything you could buy at the store. Just make sure that you make your juices with organic fruits and vegetables, because the fruits and vegetables that are not organic can have pesticides in them and you don't want that in your body.

When you juice, you are putting all of those nutrients into one drink that is packed full of all of the vitamins your body needs to repair itself and when you drink this vitamin packed juice, it makes it easier for the cells in your body to give nutrients to go to them. Juicing detoxifies and cleanses the body. It helps repair damage to the cells and it heals and nourishes. Nature is the best medicine for our bodies and juicing makes it easy and fun!

Here is a list of the nutrients that are naturally found in Fruits and Vegetables.

Fruits and Vegetables:

High concentrates of Vitamin C - red and green peppers, kiwi, strawberries, kale, cantaloupe, broccoli, pineapple, Brussels sprouts, oranges, mangoes, tomato juice,

Antioxidants - Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, pomegranate, plums, grapes.

She could always add a protien powder but its a myth that vegetairans dont get enough protein. There is a ton of protein in dark greens veggies, beans ect. Our body doesnt need as much of it as the media tells us we need. Im a vegan body builder and look and feel great :)
