Making your own freshly squeezed juice can be easy and fun. Juice that you make at home has an advantage over store bought juices because yours will not have preservatives or have been pasteurized. First thing, you will need is a juicer machine, which you can purchase at either a local store or on the internet. Prices range from about $60-$400. Next you will need some ripe fruits and vegetables. Pick your favorites as most will work in a juicer. A sampling of some apples and citrus fruits along with some greens and carrots will be fine for starters.
