While Jujitsu techniques are initially learned individually in a static position, the essence of Jujitsu is the ability to adapt and change from one technique to another, and as quickly as necessary to avoid and reverse control on the attacker. Therefore Jujitsu training provides physical and emotional strength to the practitioner to effectively respond to any threat in real live situations.
