Jumpline uses Sphera control panel which is the same hosting administration panel as IBM. This is the best looking control panel we have seen. The control panel also includes all of the basic features such as e-mail addition and billing as we would expect from any top notch control panel. The control panel is very professionally written.

Jumpline Web Hosting Feedback 

I've been using Jumpline for about 3 years now and haven't had a single problem. I have the basic VDS service hosting several websites on a dedicated IP. I am happy with their service and it's reasonably priced (although prices have gone up lately. When I signed up, I was paying something like $15 a month but now the cost for the same service is a few dollars more a month. To their credit, they did not raise my rates and kept me at my original rate, even when I renewed annually). I'm not aware of any downtime either. This is a pretty good service. One bad mark is documentation -it could be better. Also, they don't provide all software for the lower tiers of service and withhold even a free program like Joomla from the basic package. On the other hand, you can install it yourself and nobody will bother you. By Ray.2009.09
