I don't understand why the ropeless jump rope wasn't invented a long time ago. This is a great product, perfect for people on the go or those with limited workout space. You can take the jumpsnap with you anywhere!
The Jumpsnap workout DVD's are a bit tough for a beginner but I guess they will get easier in time.
All in all the jumpsnap is a great aerobic exercise
and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to get in shape and stay in shape. Plus it's got a built in calories burned and number of jumps counter. That helps a lot as you begin to increase the intensity of your workouts.

- I haven't jumped rope since I was a child but I guess it is like riding a bike...once you learn you never forget. The Jumpsnap sounds great.
